Your RYN Home includes a limited warranty by an outside company, Residential Warranty Company (RWC). New home owners will receive a sample book of all the items covered by RWC. Feel free to contact us for questions about your warranty.
Thank you for using the warranty service request form below. Our RYN warranty team members will make every effort to respond within one business day of receiving your request. Minor warranty items can be expected in a newly constructed home as they settle into their environment over the course of the first four seasons. Whether you have a service request or a general question, we appreciate hearing from our homeowners!
Please note that all warranty service appointments will be scheduled Monday through Friday, between 7:30am-3:30pm.
As COVID-19 continues to be a part of our everyday lives, our main concern is the health and well-being of our RYN team members, our valued homeowners, partners, and the communities we serve. We continue to assist with warranty service requests as they are submitted. Any delay in inspection or completion of warranty items resulting from current restrictions will not impact your warranty coverage.
If you are experiencing a warranty emergency, please refer to the Emergency Contacts located in your homeowner’s folder that was provided during your Buyer’s Orientation Walk.
